Technopark logoТехнопарк (commonly written as Technopark, TechnoPark, or Tehnopark in English) is a well-known Russian diecast and toy car brand. The models are manufactured in China (primarily by factories such as Daxiang Plastic Toy Products in Shantou) specifically for the Russian market and other countries of the former Soviet Union. Unlike pure collector brands, Technopark focuses on affordable, durable, and feature-rich models designed both for play and casual collecting.
Technopark logo LatinTechnopark models typically combine metal bodies with plastic parts. Many feature pull-back (inertia) motors, opening doors, hoods or trunks, and sometimes working lights and sound effects. The brand covers a wide range of subjects, with a strong emphasis on Russian and Soviet vehicles that are rarely modelled by Western companies. At the same time, Technopark also produces licensed models of popular international cars.
Motormax logoI think many will remember the logo of the well-known Hong Kong-based diecast model vehicle brand, originally established as Red Box Toy Factory Ltd. in 1997.
Technopark is also known for their international cars as Russian emergency cars, like Police, ambulance, FD cars, etc.
Technopark stands out for making a wide selection of everyday and historic Russian vehicles available at accessible prices. While the models are generally more toy-like than premium collector pieces, they offer good play value and fill an important gap for fans of Soviet and modern Russian automotive subjects.
For collectors interested in local vehicle history or looking for affordable diecast with functional features, Technopark remains a popular and widely available choice across Russia and neighbouring markets.
Although TechnoPark has been known as a manufacturer of model cars since the 2000s, the first 3-inch cars (7–7.5 cm) in 1/60–1/72 scale appeared in 2013. In 2014 they began to be sold in many children’s toy stores.

Technopark – boxes and blisters
TechnoPark releases cars in boxes and blister packs. The same model can come in different packaging.

There are also blister packs with two cars, as well as themed boxed sets of two cars, often with a trailer or platform.

In 2019, TechnoPark slightly changed the design of its boxes. On the left are the old-style boxes, on the right are the new ones. It remains a mystery why some names are written in Russian while others are written in Latin script.

By the way, the same applies to the bottoms of the cars. Most cars have a Cyrillic logo, but sometimes you come across cars with the inscription “TECHNOPARK” in English.

Series Mini TehnoparkIn November 2024, Technopark released a new series of small 7.5 cm (3 inches ) cars called the “MINI Series.” All models were produced under license from the respective automakers. You can see the VAZ, UAZ, GAZ logos under the Mini series logo on a blister’s card. The new Technopark series came on bright colorful blister packs. It is worth noting a rather odd detail: the names of all the models on the blister packs were in Russian, yet for some reason, the Lada Granta, Lada Kalina and Lada 2114 were labeled in Latin script. However, the model names on the bottoms of the cars were all in Latin script. Interestingly, the Technopark logo itself, despite using Latin lettering, was in Russian on the bottoms. In May 2025 the MINI series continued with the Lada-2114 in black and white.
Lada 2106 was released in two colors — red and yellow. For the first time the Lada 2114 appeared in 1:64 scale, also in two colors — black and white.
The entire Technopark series came on bright colorful blister packs.
Errors
We will hardly ever learn the production runs of TechnoPark’s little cars, but it is fair to assume that the numbers are quite large. And large numbers always bring funny mistakes with them.
